NEXGUARD (NXG)
AI Trust Layer for Web3 — tokenomics, security products, and investor infrastructure on BNB Smart Chain. Public phase: BETA.
1. Executive Summary
NEXGUARD is an AI-powered Web3 security and launch infrastructure platform. The native utility token NXG (NEXGUARD) is a fixed-supply BEP-20 asset on BNB Smart Chain (BSC) with 100,000,000 tokens and no unlimited mint in the production deployment model.
The platform combines investor-grade sale mechanics (Angel → Private → Presale), on-chain vesting, liquidity lock tooling, a PinkSale-style launchpad, DEX Intelligence token audits, browser security products, the SCAM HUNTER Telegram Mini App (tap-to-earn NXP → seasonal NXG rewards), and a public trust registry — so projects and users can verify risk before funds are committed.
Current public phase: BETA. NXG and the investor sale stack (Angel → Private → Presale) are live on BSC mainnet (chain 56) with native BNB contributions. Launchpad QA may still use BSC testnet. This document describes the published design and tokenomics — not a guarantee of future price, listing, or regulatory treatment.
2. Problem Statement
Web3 launches suffer from opaque tokenomics, unaudited contracts, phishing sites, fake audits, and liquidity rugs. Retail investors often discover risks only after signing a transaction.

3. Vision & Mission
Mission: Build a trust-first environment where token launches, investor participation, and everyday Web3 browsing are protected by transparent rules and automated AI-assisted analysis.
Vision: Become the default security and credibility layer for new token projects — similar to how certificate authorities and security ratings work in traditional finance, but native to on-chain and browser context.
4. Platform Architecture
NEXGUARD is a monorepo platform: Next.js web app, Solidity contracts (Foundry), risk engine, AI risk service, DEX indexer, wallet extension, and optional desktop browser. Contracts are designed for BSC first, with a planned native chain (chain ID 777777) for claims and ecosystem expansion.

Production token logic uses a one-time supply mint model with owner controls limited to deployment-time operations (e.g. vault funding in MVP builds). Transfer tax, blacklist, and hidden fee patterns are not part of the published NXG MVP design.

All percentages sum to 100% of the fixed 100M supply. Canonical allocation data is maintained in the platform types package and mirrored on the public tokenomics page.

Three structured rounds precede or accompany public liquidity events. Caps and vesting are enforced by on-chain sale and registry contracts when deployed.

Strong Trust Liquidity policy: target 90% of initial DEX liquidity locked via NEXGUARD Lock (or equivalent on-chain locker), with 10% held as an operational/treasury reserve under multisig and timelock controls.

The risk engine merges on-chain reads, explorer verified source, GoPlus security API, DexScreener market data, and static Solidity analysis. Outputs include security score, grade, risk checks, and an AI summary with a verifiable public certificate URL.
NEXGUARD does not display fake third-party audit badges. Certificates are issued by NEXGUARD AI and labeled as automated analysis — not a substitute for a full manual audit by a licensed security firm.
